Review of Pano Gitonia AparthotelOur recent family vacation at Pano Gitonia Aparthotel in Aegiali, Amorgos was a highlight of our travels in the Greek Isles. Set in the picturesque village of Potamos, the hotel provided a tranquil base for exploration. Each studio features stunning views of Aegiali Bay, perfect for family relaxation. One of our nice family outings was the historic walk through the cultural pathway linking the ancient cities of Minoa and Arkesini. This trek offered stunning vistas of the Aegean Sea and sparked good conversations about the island's rich history with our children. A walk leading to the Monastery of Hozoviotissa was both enchanting and educational, fostering a deeper appreciation for local culture. The hosts, Theo and Pukky, were gracious and accommodating, providing valuable insights about local dining and activities. We enjoyed dinner at a nearby taverna, where children were welcomed and enjoyed delicious Greek food. Pano Gitonia's family-friendly environment, spacious rooms, and thoughtful amenities made our stay enjoyable. For families seeking a serene retreat in Greece, we highly recommend this charming destination. We look forward to our next visit!
