One of our nice family outings was the historic walk through the cultural pathway linking the ancient cities of Minoa and Arkesini. This trek offered stunning vistas of the Aegean Sea and sparked good conversations about the island's rich history with our children. A walk leading to the Monastery of Hozoviotissa was both enchanting and educational, fostering a deeper appreciation for local culture. The hosts, Theo and Pukky, were gracious and accommodating, providing valuable insights about local dining and activities. We enjoyed dinner at a nearby taverna, where children were welcomed and enjoyed delicious Greek food. Pano Gitonia's family-friendly environment, spacious rooms, and thoughtful amenities made our stay enjoyable.
